When will my order ship?

Most orders are made just for you after they're placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as it's on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Where are your products made?

Many of our products are created through trusted print partners and produced to order. This helps reduce waste while allowing us to focus on thoughtful designs and quality products.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll work quickly to replace or resolve the problem.

How do I choose the right size?

Each apparel item includes a sizing guide on its product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Bench Releases are our way of introducing new collections.

Rather than releasing dozens of products at once, each release is thoughtfully built around a simple idea and a small group of pieces made to be used, enjoyed, and shared.
