Every order that leaves the Workshop represents more than just a package.

It's something we've thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared, and we're grateful you've chosen to bring a piece of Cedar Horizon into your story.

Because many of our products are made specifically for you after you place your order, a little patience is part of the process. We believe good things are worth waiting for.

Production Time

Most Cedar Horizon products are made to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

During holidays or periods of increased demand, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

You can follow your package every step of the journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Any available shipping options will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ship orders promptly, occasional delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it—or if your shipment appears to be delayed longer than expected—please contact us.

International Shipping

At this time, Cedar Horizon primarily ships within the United States.

As the Workshop grows, we hope to welcome more destinations in the future.
